Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, a magical pantomime for all the family starring Coronation Street’s Vicky Entwistle, along with Blackpool favourite and Radio Lancashire presenter Steve Royle; Jenny Jones from Hi-5 and Jamie John (Channel 4’s Seven Dwarves). Running through to Monday 2nd January 2012 there are opportunities galore to see the best panto in the North West! 

Coming up in early January are three beautiful ballet productions when The Russian State Ballet and Orchestra of Siberia return to the Grand with Frederick Ashton’s famous country comedy, La Fille Mal gardée on Friday 6th, the magical Nutcracker on Saturday 7th and the greatest romantic ballet of all Swan Lake on Sunday 8th. 

If you like quality drama a must see is The National Theatre’s production of An Inspector Calls, returning to the Grand by popular demand from Tuesday 10th January. Directed by Stephen Daldry, director of one of Britain’s best loved films, Billy Elliott, this classic thriller is not to be missed. 

Ahoy there me Hearties! Peppa Pig and her friends are going on a treasure hunt and need your help! Peppa Pig’s Treasure Hunt visits the theatre on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd January. 

Put on your dancing shoes! Direct from the West End, Dreamboats and Petticoats, featuring some of the greatest hits of the Rock ‘n’ Roll era, jives into the theatre Monday 23rd to Saturday 28th January.
