Corporation Street Is Changing
Regeneration works on Church Street are progressing well and have now been extended to include Corporation Street from the junction of Church Street up to the junction with Matcham Court (at the rear of the theatre).
Blackpool Council and Casey will be carrying out these works as part of the Church Street Scheme with an anticipated completion date of 28 May 2010.
In order to meet the programme it is essential that Corporation Street is closed whilst the works are undertaken.
During this time access to the Grand Theatre maybe restricted in approach. A Level Access Point is possible via bank Hey Street, left onto Victoria Street then turn left onto a section of Corporation Street leading to Matcham Court.
