By Anthony Shaffer

One of the greatest ever stage thrillers, which ran for a total of 12 years in London and New York, winning the Tony Award for Best Play and inspiring the hugely successful film starring Laurence Olivier and Michael Caine, makes it’s much anticipated return for an extraordinary revival.

Simon MacCorkindale - best known for his role as Consultant Harry Harper in BBC's Casualty – takes the role of Andrew Wyke in this audacious revival of Anthony Shaffer's masterpiece. A dark psychological ‘thriller about thrillers' and an intriguing study of human conflict, jealousy and manipulation, Sleuth proves to be far more than a whodunit and promises to baffle even the most proficient detective!

Michael Praed is probably best known for his role as Robin of Loxley (Robin Hood) in the British television series Robin of Sherwood, which attained cult status worldwide in the 1980s. In Sleuth, Michael plays aspiring actor Milo Tindle who arrives at the impressive home of famous mystery writer, Andrew Wyke, only to be unwittingly drawn into a tangled web of intrigue and gamesmanship, where nothing is quite what it seems...

This dark psychological ‘thriller about thrillers’ and intriguing study of human conflict, jealousy and manipulation proves to be far more than a ‘whodunit’ and promises to baffle even the most proficient sleuth!
