Steven Houghton plays Adam Pontipee, the role created by Howard Keel. He is best known for playing the lead role of Ed in the BBC series Bugs, and Greg Blake in London’s Burning. His West End starring roles include Desperately Seeking Susan, Blood Brothers, and Martin Guerre, Cats and Spend Spend Spend for which he received an Olivier Nomination. Susan McFadden winner of ITV1's Grease is the Word and fresh from her West End starring role as Sandy in Grease, plays Milly Pontipee.
Set in Oregon in 1850 Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is the story of Adam, the eldest of seven brothers, who goes to town to get a wife. He convinces Milly to marry him that same day. They return to his back-woods home. Only then does she discover he has six brothers - all living in his cabin. Milly sets out to reform the uncouth siblings, who are anxious to get wives of their own. Then, after
reading about the Roman capture of the Sabine women, Adam develops an inspired solution to his brothers' loneliness... kidnap
the women they want!

Open 10am to 8pm (subject to change due to performances). All major credit and debit cards are accepted over the telephone and in person. When booking by credit card, a booking fee of £1.50 per transaction is applicable. Debit cards attract no booking fee.

Please note you may be asked for relevant identification when requesting concessions. Only one concession per ticket is allowed and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers. Special 'SHOW AND PARK' discounted West Street Car Park tickets are ONLY £2.50 allowing you to park from 5.30pm to 12.30am. Book your parking ticket when you book your show tickets from the Box Office. We are obliged to Blackpool Council for providing this parking facility.
