THE RUSSIAN ICE STARS
If the creation of the world was shaped by fire and ice then so it will be for Cirque de Glace. Striving to achieve a new level of ice show presentation the brilliant Russian Ice Stars combine with the world of cirque in an eclectic mix of spectacle and ice dance which promises to be both heart-stopping and jaw-dropping.
Some of the world’s finest performers request the pleasure of your company in an extravaganza guaranteed to entertain and thrill all ages. Be there as this new genre hits the Earth like a meteor and the explosion of fire and ice takes place before your very eyes.
The first stunning scene ignites the atmosphere as planet EARTH is born in an incredible fusion of visual effects, explosive skating and acrobatics.
As the newly formed planet cools – Gaia, the primal goddess of the earth retells the tale of Evolution and the Discoveries of Man.
The otherworldly mists transpire and allure you into the surreal and enchanted underwater world of ambient light, music and movement, where sculptured figures evolve and move harmoniously in a hypnotic and captivating performnace.
Producers Vee Deplidge and Wild Rose in association with Cirque de Glace, have combined the Olympic standard skating of the Russian Ice Stars, with aerial acrobatics and extraordinary circus performances. Original, dramatic and beautiful choreography by Cavaliere Guiseppe Arena, featuring fantastic costumes, state of the art lighting and amazing special effects, together with a specially commissioned evocative, up-lifting and dramatic soundtrack, to create this highly imaginative and mesmerizing show of a unique & spectacular nature.

Cirque de Glace is a Matcham Monkey Club designated performance.
