In 1952 the doors opened to a very special club in London that would have a major influence on generations of bands and fans: Jeffery Kruger’s legendary Flamingo Club. Based in the basement of a club
on Wardour Street in London’s Soho, the venue became home to some of the world’s biggest names in Jazz, R&B and Rock.

Now, one of the most evocative clubs in music history is remembered, celebrated and cranked back to full volume by the artists who made it so famous. Maximum Rhythm ‘N’ Blues - A Night At The Flamingo features an all star line-up of Alan Price, Zoot Money, Bobby Tench, Chris Farlowe, and Maggie Bell.
