Blackpool Grand tell us they have a huge Ai (Artificial Intelligence) project underway with Activity Stream, one of the first in the UK. This will be the first linking of all their channels from social, online, ticketing and more all into one stream, allowing greater knowledge of their audience and the arts in Lancashire. This project links into a ‘first’ with the Audience Agency and their Audience Spectrum data.
