Celebrating its 20th Anniversary with this brand new show, winners of numerous awards in the UK and overseas, BalletBoyz are one of the most cheekily original and innovative forces in dance, thrilling audiences and critics with their distinctive style which blends achingly beautiful dance both exhilarating and graceful, with stunning music and film.
Deluxe features work by some of the world’s most exciting and innovative artists, including choreographer Xie Xin, composer Jiang Shaofeng, Punchdrunk’s Maxine Doyle and jazz musician and composer Cassie Kinoshi of the Mercury-nominated SEED Ensemble.

Cast and Creatives
The Rite of Spring saw Nunn & Trevitt undertake one of their most ambitious projects to date. A radical reworking of Stravinsky’s seminal work, they assembled a world class team of professional and amateur dancers from the worlds of Ballroom, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Commercial and Pole dancing to stage a jaw-dropping modern re-telling of this modern masterpiece. Created for the BBC, it was a highlight of the broadcaster’s Christmas schedule and won the 2010 Jury Grand Prix at the Golden Pragues Television Award.
Dan was in the National Youth Dance Company, working with Damien Jalet, before entering his training at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. Whilst there he has worked with many choreographers including Christopher Bruce and Akram Kahn and is now in his final year of training.
Joseph trained as an apprentice with BalletBoyz, recently returned from New York with Noa Genazzano, performed with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, and has won multiple awards in Hannover, Germany with Connor Scott at the 32 choreography competition. Joey joined BalletBoyz full time in September 2019.
Ben has worked with choreographers including Richard Alston, Mark Baldwin and Ashley Page. Ben joined Rambert Dance Company for their Spring and Autumn tours, performing A Linha Curva by Itzik Galilli.
Harry began training at Italia Conti Theatre Arts. He then joined Elmhurst Ballet School and finally joined the English National Ballet School, graduating in 2013. In his final year, Harry was involved in several national tours with English National Ballet and ENBII. Upon graduating he joined Baltic Dance Theatre. Whilst with the company he performed in works by Jiri Kylian, Patrick Delcroix and Izadora Weiss. Harry performed in Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, touring in Asia, Australia and Europe. He joined BalletBoyz in February 2015, making this his fifth season with the company. Since being with the company, he has toured extensively both nationally and internationally and been involved in a variety of film and TV projects.
Liam was a Royal Ballet Junior associate before studying at Coleg Gwent in Newport. This led Liam to London to complete his degree at London Contemporary Dance School. Upon graduating, Liam joined Richard Alston Dance Company, touring for 8 years. During this time, Liam was nominated 7 times in 6 consecutive years at the Critics Circle National Dance Awards, winning Best Male Dancer 2017. He has danced for James Cousins Dance, was featured in photographer Rick Guest’s exhibition and book What Lies Beneath. Liam joined Balletboyz in October 2018.
Matthew trained for three years at Trinity Laban, gaining a First-Class Honours degree. In August 2012 he was a featured dancer in the London Olympics Closing Ceremony. As well as performing, Matthew enjoys teaching and is a director for the BalletBoyz Dancer’s Course. Matthew joined BalletBoyz in September 2012.
After being introduced to dance during his first few years at secondary school, Will’s training began on the Trinity Laban CAT scheme. Alongside this, he was also part of Shoreditch Youth Dance. After two years Will went on to study at Rambert School, receiving a BA Hons. Degree in 2016. During his final year of training he was one of the selected artists to take part in DV8 Physical Theatre’s Professional Development programme. Since then his work within theatre and dance has expanded across stage and screen. Will has worked with and performed in creations by Hannes Langold, Johannes Wieland, and Maciej Kuźmiński.
