Pantomonium Digital Pass Access
Thank you so much for purchasing a Pantomonium! Digital Pass, you’re really contributing to the future of Blackpool Grand Theatre and our return in 2021 (If you haven’t yet, please visit here).
ONE THING FIRST – Remember to SHARE your family enjoying the show on Twitter or Facebook tagging us in and hashtagging them with #AtHomeWithYou – we’ll be looking out and sharing some of the very best – so grab your Christmas onesies, hats and special slippers and dress to impress!
So, I’ve ordered my ‘Digital Pass’ what do I do now…
Once you have purchased your Digital Pass at blackpoolpantomine.com you’ll be wondering what to do next?
So, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you, no codes to remember or anything.
[TIP: maybe pop the email address and password on your fridge so you know where it is on the day?]
Now remember with OUR fantastic Digital Pass you can watch Pantomonium! from (7pm) Wed 23rd December all the way through to Sun 31st January 2021, and not just once, but as many times as you wish, just keep logging back in…
From 7pm (19:00), Wed 23rd December you can re-visit the same website www.blackpoolpantomime.com now you can do this on your laptop, your phone, tablet or even your new SMART TV you’ve got from Santa?!
Once at the blackpoolpantomine.com website sign-in with your Grand Theatre email and password, the one that you used to purchase your Digital Pass, or if you’re a regular customer (it’s the same email and password you use to buy theatre tickets etc.!).
That’s it! (you’re joking me?, nope, that’s it!), you’ll be re-directed to the Pantomonium! digital film page and it’s ready to go.
Now once the film is showing, you’ll see some icons on the film ( a cog, square etc. they could be positioned top/bottom right) these enable you to make the film full screen (wow! to the size of your new 50+” screen we’re guessing) / or you could select to show Closed Caption (visual words/sounds etc. for the hard of hearing). We’d recommend ensuring the volume icons at full, then use your normal remote to increase the volume if needed.
Now sit back and ENJOY! on your phone, tablet, desktop or even through your new Christmas Amazon Firestick/Apple TV/Smart TV using the Internet/Web Browser App/Icon.
If you need further help you’ll be able to visit the FAQ page on the blackpoolpantomime.com website once the film goes live.
