Cultures Hold So Much Power to Expand and Grow
Cultures that are healthy and nurturing can really learn how to adapt to changes in order to grow and expand. It can do so without compromising on its own core values or feeling like they are being threatened in any way shape or form. The existing and growing culture may even adopt areas and parts of a new culture to incorporate into their community. Adopting these new cultural aspects can help in strengthening the existing and current ethos, building on the richness and diversity of the community.
