Guided Theatre Tours
Stand on the raked stage and observe the cantilevered tiers of circles, the private boxes and orchestra pit. Wander the main auditorium and discover the secrets of the great stage, learn about the flamboyant architect Frank Matcham, and our first theatre manager Thomas Sergenson.
Explore the massive warren of staircases and head up to the star dressing rooms while
perusing posters from the theatre’s history of performers and shows.

Our accessible guided theatre tours explore the inside story of Blackpool’s Grand Theatre, taking you on a fascinating journey through its unique history, incredible architecture and impressive performances and cast.
Blackpool Grand Theatre is in the early stages of a Capital Project that will greatly improve the accessibility of the building and allow us to offer Accessible Tours in the future.
