The board of the Grand Theatre is seeking an inspirational and ambitious leader who will build on the theatre’s achievements and, emerging from the pandemic with strong reserves, will invest in ensuring the theatre scales new heights.

Audience & Marketing Insights Manager
(/Deputy Marketing Manager)
F/t 40hrs, Circa. £25-£27,000 (subject to experience)
The Audience and Marketing Insights Manager, a member of the Marketing and Sales Team, will analyse data from the box office (and other systems) to make recommendations to the team which drive audiences to purchase tickets, increase membership sales, donations, and supports other team areas including sales, campaigns (media buying/promotions), and customer / community / stakeholder engagement with a data-driven approach.

Finance and Admin Officer
(Cashier, HR & Sales Ledger)
P/T 20 Hours £11,000
This is a new role in the busy Finance and Business Department, and you will contribute to sales and banking functions. In house training and induction will be provided though you will be expected to have a good grasp of bookkeeping. Would suit a returner to work after a period of absence.
