Currently starring as Keanu Taylor in EastEnders, his character is embroiled in a rather physical and steamy affair with Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean), who as we all know has a rather controlling husband, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden)!

Is Keanu taking life into his own hands? I don’t think any of us would want to be in his shoes when Phil discovers the truth…

Benidorm

We all currently know Danny as the head-shaven, hard-man, chauffeur-driving Keanu Taylor, but before that he was watched by millions in the award-winning sitcom Benidorm, written by the incredible Derren Litten and Steve Pemberton. Litten also co-wrote The Catherine Tate Show.

Benidorm focuses around the Solana Holiday Resort in Spain (Benidorm) and welcomes a regular cluster of British holiday makers each year, where disaster never seems to be far down the road. The series starred Sherrie Hewson, Jake Canuso, Tim Healy, Adam Gillen, Tony Maudsley, Janine Duvitski, John Challis, Shelley Longworth and of course many ‘guest appearances’ including Golden Globe Dynasty icon Joan Collins DBE.

In Benidorm, Danny played stroppy troublemaker Tiger Dyke who appeared in series six alongside Mother and father, Clive and Tonya Dyke.

Danny constantly tweets his support for the show and we’re sure it holds a very special place in his heart.

Family Man

Danny always says he’s the opposite of his EastEnders character. Danny’s Instagram is packed with images of his gorgeous baby niece, Harper Rose. An adoring uncle to his brother’s baby girl.

Happy and Content

Danny and girlfriend of five years, Lily Smith look the perfect couple, you can’t help but love their Instagram and the incredible moments they share with us. From segwaying, canoeing, attending award ceremonies, and of course the odd cocktail or two!

Danny of course took Lily to the NTA’s and thanked her when collecting his Best Newcomer award.

The pair have a passion of travelling and love to keep us updated! We’re also quite wild about the odd body pic Danny throws our way too!

Anything Is Possible

As the Albert Square eye-candy you might not believe that Danny once struggled with his weight. Recently revealing that he weighed around 16 stone in his teens.

Danny’s Brother is a huge inspiration and has driven him on a quest to get fit! Danny partakes in many punishing (long distant) races for charity including Tough Mudder and the Rat Race: Dirty Weekend. Danny will tell you though, running, I’m not a fan!

Danny has also appeared twice on the Gay Times cover.

Football – Arsenal of course!

The boy’s done good on the career front! Starring in two major award-winning shows Benidorm and EastEnders would you believe it might not have been his first choice.

Growing up Danny fancied himself as a footballer with his passion for Arsenal, it was his mum suggesting Drama classes that eventually pushed him towards his Award-Winning career, and we’re sure there’s lots more to come!

Danny leads an incredibly active life from Segwaying, Paddle boarding, football, Canoeing, even recently climbing the 02!

Shaved Looks

It was quite a shock seeing Danny in EastEnders with his new head shaved look! In fact, you could say it was a jaw-dropping moment that many still haven’t come to terms with.

Many prefer Danny with his cool quiff and smoking hot looks!

EastEnders took to his incredible hair with clippers – will we ever forgive them?!

Prince or Beast

Danny is incredibly excited to be starring in his second ever Pantomime performance this year at Blackpool’s Grand Theatre. Danny will play the Prince/Beast alongside comedy veteran Steve Royal, and Hayley Kay. Tickets to see Danny are already selling fast!

Danny’s smoldering looks, and rigid frame make him the perfect casting and you know what… We CAN’T WAIT to see him!
