PANTO LAUNCH SUCCESS

Yesterday the Grand Theatre hosted a brilliant event to launch this year’s pantomime, Cinderella, which is on at The Grand from Friday 7 December to Sunday 6 January. The panto launch was supposed to be held in Stanley Park, but due to inclement weather the location was changed to Matchams Court at the Grand Theatre…and what a day it was!
The stars of this year’s panto were all there in costume; Danny Miller from Emmerdale, Amy Thompson from Channel 5’s Milkshake, Hayley Kay from Radio Wave and Radio Lancashire presenter and Grand Theatre favourite Steve Royle. The stars even went for a ride around town in a beautiful cinderella carriage…Oh yes they did!
